This woman or man who takes care and wants to make children more clever! And the teacher always calls your parents and tells about your hometask or that you don't go to her lesson...But what can you do without this person? They really help us to be better!
3. Sweetest Day
3rd Saturday of October
Herbert Birch invented this holiday in 1922 in Cleveland. He was a confectioner and once he decided to help poor and homeless people, and those people who had bad period of life, so he gathered some friends and they prepared some presents to those people and shared all these sweets and happiness with them.
4. Harvest Festival
It is an annual celebration of gathering crops and harvest. Children usually make fairs at school, where they can share or sell their masterpieces from autumn vegetables, fruit and leaves, etc
5. Thanksgiving Day
2nd Monday of October in Canada
4th Thursday of November in the USA
It is a national holiday, celebrated in Canada and the USA.
It is originally celebrated as a day of giving thanks for the blessings of the harvest.
Thanksgiving has historical roots in religious and cultural traditions.
The whole family gather together to have a dinner, traditionally with roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, mashed popatoes, pumpking pie,pickled green olives,baked carrots, corn, peas, fruit and many other food harvests.
